Every Skin Elixir formula is freshly prepared and poured by hand. Because these are active botanical ingredients, I understand you need to actually use them to see how your skin barrier responds.
If a physical product genuinely isn't agreeing with your skin, please reach out to me via email before returning it so we can discuss the application or look at a better alternative together. For standard, change-of-mind returns, items must be unopened and returned within 14 days of delivery.
Please note: Because our digital audio rituals are instantly downloaded files, sales on the trilogy tracks are final. However, your peace of mind matters most to me - if a routine doesn’t resonate with your headspace, just send me an email.
