How to Use: Your ROOTED Cleansing Ritual

FIRST USE:

1. Soak sponge in warm water for 2-3 minutes until soft and expanded
2. Gently squeeze out excess water
3. Your sponge is ready to use

MORNING RITUAL: Gentle Awakening (2-3 minutes)

1. Pause & Breathe
   Before touching your face, take three deep breaths.
2. Prepare Your Sponge
   Soak in warm water until soft (30-60 seconds). Gently squeeze out excess water. Notice the soft texture—this is gentle care.
3. Cleanse with Presence
   Apply a small amount of Organic Frankincense & May Chang Moisturiser to your damp face (it doubles as a cleanser). Massage with the konjac sponge in gentle circular motions for 1-2 minutes. Notice the temperature, the soft texture, the sensation. This is mindful touch.
4. Rinse & Release
   Rinse your face with cool water. Rinse the sponge thoroughly and squeeze out water. Hang to dry.
5. Continue Your Ritual
   Follow with your morning oils and moisturiser.
