The Foundation: Your Daily Rituals

Morning Ritual: Awaken & Protect

Intention: Start your day grounded, protected, and radiant.

The Practice:

  1. Pause & Breathe (1 minute)
    Before touching your skin, place both hands on your heart. Take three deep breaths. Set an intention for your day.
  2. Cleanse with Presence
    Gently cleanse your face using your complimentary cotton face cloth with warm water and a small amount of Organic Frankincense & May Chang Moisturiser as a gentle cleanser. The natural oils will dissolve impurities while nourishing your skin. Notice the temperature, the soft texture of the cloth, the sensation, the transition from sleep to wakefulness. Rinse thoroughly with warm water.
  3. Apply Your Morning Elixir
    Use Super Natural Oil with 2% Bakuchiol or Organic Frankincense & May Chang Moisturiser.
    How to apply: Warm 3-5 drops between your palms. Inhale the botanical aroma deeply. Press gently into your skin using upward, outward motions. Massage your face, neck, and décolletage with intention.
  4. Eye Care
    Apply All Around Eyes Elixir with 4% Bakuchiol using your ring finger in gentle tapping motions around the orbital bone. This delicate area deserves extra care.
  5. Self-Regulation Practice (Optional)
    This is where your ROOTED Self-Regulation Cards come in. Draw a card for guidance on grounding, breathwork, or presence practices to start your day regulated and calm.

  6. Sun Protection (if needed)
    Apply your chosen SPF if you'll be outdoors. Bakuchiol is safe for daytime use and won't cause sun sensitivity.

Time needed: 5-10 minutes

Evening Ritual: Release & Restore

Intention: Release the day, restore your skin, and prepare for deep rest.

The Practice:

  1. Transition (2 minutes)
    Change into comfortable clothes. Dim the lights. Light a candle if you wish. This signals to your nervous system: it's time to rest.
  2. Cleanse & Release
    Remove makeup and daily buildup using your cotton face cloth with warm water and Organic Frankincense & May Chang Moisturiser as a gentle, nourishing cleanser. The natural oils will melt away the day while the frankincense aroma begins to calm your nervous system. As you cleanse, imagine washing away the day's stress, tension, and energy that's no longer serving you. Rinse thoroughly with warm water.
  3. Facial Massage (3-5 minutes)
    Apply Magnificent Night Oil or Intensive Night Cream with 2% Bakuchiol.
    Massage technique:
    • Warm the product between your palms
    • Inhale the calming aromatherapy blend (vetiver, sandalwood, rose)
    • Use gentle upward strokes from neck to forehead
    • Massage your jaw, temples, and third eye to release tension
    • Press gently on acupressure points: between your brows, temples, jawline
  4. Eye Ritual
    Apply All Around Eyes Elixir with gentle tapping motions. Close your eyes and take three deep breaths.
  5. Self-Regulation Practice
    Use your ROOTED Cards for evening practices like body scans, progressive relaxation, or calming breathwork to prepare for sleep.

Weekly Rituals: Deeper Nourishment

Sunday Reset Ritual

Intention: Deep nourishment and intentional preparation for the week ahead.

The Practice:

  1. Create Your Sanctuary
    Run a warm bath or create a spa-like atmosphere. Play calming music. Light candles. Make tea.
  2. Gentle Exfoliation
    Use your soft cotton face cloth with warm water and Organic Frankincense & May Chang Moisturiser to gently exfoliate. The natural texture of the cloth combined with the nourishing oils will remove dead skin cells while hydrating. This helps your skin absorb the nourishing oils more deeply.
  3. Layered Treatment
