Hyaluronic Acid & Fermented Foods for Skin Health

Hyaluronic acid is a naturally occurring substance found in the body that helps keep skin plump and hydrated. It is commonly used in skincare products to improve skin moisture and reduce the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles.

There are a number of foods rich in hyaluronic acid these include bone broth, soy-based foods, starchy root vegetables like sweet potatoes and potatoes, leafy greens, citrus fruits, and organ meats such as liver and kidney.

Hyaluronic acid plays a crucial role in keeping our skin and joints healthy. So if we're looking to increase our intake of this important compound there's other foods we can consider adding to our diet:
